    You can pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard. (coming soon!)

    No. Online access to your account balance is not possible. If you have questions about your account, please contact our billing department Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call 715-847-2382 or toll free 1-877-260-6755. However, receipts for payments made through our website are available through your online account.

     
  5. May I still pay my bill by mail, either check or credit card?
    Yes. Payment by mail is still acceptable. The online payment option is an added convenience to those who prefer this form of payment.

     
  6. Did you bill my insurance?
    Your statement will indicate any payments received and the name of the insurance company that OAW billed. You should receive an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company that matches the total billed, adjustments and balance due that are listed on your statement.

     
  7. What insurance plans do Orthopaedic Associates of Wausau accept?

  8. What if I can’t pay my balance in full?
    We will gladly help you make payment arrangements when you are not able to pay your entire bill in full. The billing staff is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 715-847-2382 or toll free 1-877-26-6755.

     
  9. Who do I contact if my account has been referred to a collection agency?
    You should contact the collection agency, at the number on their notice.

     
  10. What if I receive my statement and the payment I just made does not show?
    Sometimes payments can cross in the mail with our billing statements. Please check the statement date on your bill to determine.
