H. Jonathan Goldstein, M.D.

Dr. Goldstein grew up in Neenah, WI. Upon graduating college, he commissioned in the U.S. Air Force, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

His decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters, the Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Korean Defense Service Medal. In his free time he enjoys golf, traveling, and the Green Bay Packers.
